The Last Stop of Georgian Wine Network’s Northeast Tour – Harbin Interwine has successfully concluded

On August 10th, Georgian Wine Network, along with its partners-Dugladze Wine Company, Heritage Wines Georgia, Wine Guards LLC, and Bekauri Family Vineyards-concluded its tour at Interwine Harbin. Held at The Ritz Carlton in Harbin, this event was a significant step in expanding the presence of Georgian wines and spirits in northeastern Chinese market.

As the sole representative from Georgia among around 40 exhibitors from 10 countries, Georgian Wine Network and its esteemed partners showcased its unique offerings at Harbin Interwine, highlighting the rich traditions of Georgian winemaking. The event featured a diverse selection of Georgian wines and spirits, drawing attention of around 200 attendees from local distributors, wine associations, enthusiasts, to entrepreneurs from various sectors. Harbin, a key city in Northeast Asia and an international transportation hub, served as a pivotal location for this showcase.

Georgian Wine Network Launches its 1st Roadshow in Northeastern China at Interwine Dalian

On August 6th, Georgian Wine Network kicked off its 3 roadshows in northeastern China, with the first presence held at New World Hotel in Dalian, Liaoning. This launch featured 4 wineries under the umbrella of Georgian Wine Network: Dugladze Wine Company LLC, Heritage Wines Georgia, Wine Guards LLC, and Bekauri Family Vineyards.

Among approximately 40 exhibitors representing around 10 countries, Georgian Wine Network was the sole representative of Georgia. Over 150 attendees from local wine distributors, wine associations, to entrepreneurs from various sector were drawn.

As a significant port city and gateway in northeastern China, Dalian served as an ideal starting point for Georgian Wine Network and its partners to introduce a diverse array of Georgian wines and spirits. The presence included both European-style wines and traditional Qvevri wines, aimed at understanding and catering to the preference of the Chinese northeastern market.

From 2nd – 3th, Aug, 2024, Georgian Wine Network spearheaded four esteemed partner wineries – Dugladze Wine Company LLC, Heritage Wines Georgia, Wine Guards LLC and Bekauri Family Vineyards – to showcase their exceptional wines at the 6th Interwine Beijing, held at Sofitel Wanda Hotel, Beijing.
The exhibition saw a vibrant display of Georgian wines and spirits from our partnered wineries, each bringing its unique flavor profile and tradition, standing out among nearly a thousand premium wines and spirits from around 20 countries. Beijing’s strategic importance as China’s capital and a major hub in the northern Chinese market provided a prime backdrop for these showcases.
The exhibition served as an invaluable platform for networking, allowing our partner wineries to engage with professional buyers, importers, dealers, and distributors from northern China. This successful participation marks a promising start to further exploration and expansion into key northeastern markets such as Dalian, Shenyang, and Harbin.

Georgian Wine Network Shines at the 8th Session of China-EurAsia Expo

From June 26th to 30th, Georgian Wine Network, alongside its esteemed partners—Dugladze Wine Company, Wine Guards LLC, and Bekauri Family Vineyards—made a remarkable presence at the 8th China-EurAsia Expo. Held at the Xinjiang International Convention and Exhibition Center in Urumqi, Xinjiang, this year’s expo drew over 2,100 enterprises and institutions from 50 countries, regions, international organizations, and across China’s provinces and autonomous regions.

Urumqi, a key city in northwest China and a major commercial hub connecting Central Asia and West Asia, provided an ideal setting for showcasing Georgian wines and spirits. Over the five-day event, Georgian Wine Network and its partnered wineries presented a broad selection of wines and spirits, underscoring Georgia’s rich winemaking heritage and modern innovations.

The expo proved to be a dynamic platform for building connections. Georgian wineries under the umbrella of Georgian Wine Network engaged in meaningful dialogues with Chinese customers, fostering new business relationships and deepening cultural ties.
